When the meeting begins, Bluedot automatically joins the call just like any other participant to record, transcribe, and summarize the conversation. This lets you focus on the conversation without worrying about taking notes.
• Adding Bluedot Recorder to Your Zoom Meeting
As a user, you have the flexibility to choose which meetings you want to record. Essentially, you can add Bluedot to meetings you'd like to record.
Navigate to the 'Automation' page and access the 'Meeting Bot' option.
Connect your Google or Outlook calendar.
The meeting bot page lists all your scheduled meetings from your connected calendar. Toggle the record button "on" to add Bluedot to the meeting or "off" to skip recording.
