Bluedot gives you the possibility to share your meeting recording, either through a direct link, or via email.
Sharing Recording Via Link
Click on the Share-button visible at the right corner of your screen within your meeting recording and transcript:
Make sure to click on the toggle button to switch this option on:
From there you can just copy the link.
Anyone with the link will be able to open the recording, until you toggle the feature off.
Inviting Others to Watch the Meeting
You can also send invites to specific email, in order to grant access to the recording. Simply type in the email addresses where the invites will be sent, and click on Invite.
If you're sharing the link with someone who's already in the workspace, you can adjust the level of control they have over the recording:
The meeting link will then be sent to their email, together with the summary of the transcript:
If you delete the invitees from the list, by clicking on the bin-icon, they will no longer be able to access the recording.
β
"I have created a link but it is showing No access"
If not configured properly, the receiver of the link might end up getting the No Access-report, upon sharing:
This can happen if the admin of the workspace disabled this feature for non-admins, within Workspace Settings: Admins can manage this configuration in Bluedot workspace settings at https://app.bluedothq.com/settings/general.
Contact the admin and have them configure the settings. Additionally, ensure you verify that you have the necessary permissions to share recordings, as these may be restricted by workspace policies.
That's it! Thank you for using Bluedot! π΅
