I can’t Upgrade My Subscription

This article explains what to do if you're having trouble upgrading your subscription.

If you see a pop-up prompting you to contact the workspace admin to upgrade your subscription when accessing the Plan & Billing page, there’s a workaround to it.

You can create a new workspace, in just a couple of steps:

  1. Navigate to Switch Workplace from the account menu:

  2. Click on the Create new workspace button located at the bottom of the page:

From there, you can go back to Billing and upgrade your plan.
