In case you are done with a recording, but it does not appear anywhere in your Bluedot-account, here is what you can do.
a) You recorded with the browser extension.
Go to the Recovery-page.
We've implemented a recovery mechanism that scans the system every two hours to retrieve any recordings that were left unfinished - most often due to a poor or unstable internet connection.
While one recording is uploading, the others will have the waiting status.
You can access the Recovery page from the account menu.
If you're still not seeing your recording, quit the browser completely, and open it again.
b) You recorded with the mobile app.
Open the Upload center in your mobile app.
You might find the recording there and prompt it to start uploading again:
If you’re certain you were recording, some time has passed, and you've already tried all recovery options but the recording still isn't showing up, feel free to reach out. We’ll personally investigate the issue and check whether the recording can be recovered.
