I can't find my recording

This guide will help you troubleshoot if you're sure you've made a recording but can't find it in your account.

In case you are done with a recording, but it does not appear anywhere in your Bluedot-account, here is what you can do.

Go to your Bluedot home page and refresh it

You should be able to see a banner prompting you to continue uploading:

Go to the Recovery-page

We've implemented a recovery mechanism that scans the system every two hours to retrieve any recordings that were left unfinished - most often due to a poor or unstable internet connection.

You can access the Recovery page from the account menu.



If you’re certain you were recording, some time has passed, and you've already tried both recovery options but the video still isn't showing up, feel free to reach out. We’ll personally investigate the issue and check whether the recording can be recovered.
