Can I sync calls with contacts outside my HubSpot contact list?
Absolutely. If a contact doesn’t already exist in HubSpot, a new contact will be automatically created using the participant’s email address.
Can I sync calls with existing HubSpot contacts?
Yes. Bluedot syncs calls for both existing and new HubSpot contacts. The only requirement is that the participant’s email address is available.
Where can I find meeting notes in HubSpot?
You’ll find the meeting notes in the Meetings-tab of the associated contact or deal. The sync will also be reflected in deal's activities.
At what level is the HubSpot integration applied?
The HubSpot integration is set up at the workspace level. Once connected, meetings will automatically sync with HubSpot as long as participant emails are available.
How do I disable auto-sync with HubSpot?
Click the three dots next to the HubSpot integration in your workspace, then choose Settings, then toggle the feature to disable auto-sync. This will opt you out.
Can I re-enable it later?
Yes. You can toggle auto-sync back on anytime using the same steps.
