Bluedot is available as a plugin in ChatGPT. Once it's installed, you can ask ChatGPT about your meetings and it will answer using your Bluedot recordings. It can find recordings, read transcripts (with speaker labels and timestamps) and summaries, browse your workspace collections, and show details about the meetings and workspaces you have access to.
Install the Bluedot plugin
Open ChatGPT and click Plugins in the left sidebar.
Search for Bluedot. It appears under Public.
Click the Bluedot plugin, then click Install plugin.
In the Add Bluedot to ChatGPT window, click Sign in with Bluedot and log in to your Bluedot account.
Once you've signed in, Bluedot is ready to use in ChatGPT.
Use Bluedot in a chat
In a ChatGPT chat, mention @Bluedot and ask your question. ChatGPT looks through your Bluedot recordings and answers from them.
Here are a few things you can try:
"@Bluedot, give me the transcript of my last meeting."
"@Bluedot, list this week's customer calls and summarize the action items from each."
"@Bluedot, search my transcripts for 'PiP' and list the meetings where it came up."
"@Bluedot, turn my latest Google Meet transcript into a customer follow-up email."
Good to know
ChatGPT can only see recordings that your Bluedot account has access to.
Some ChatGPT workspace plans (such as Enterprise) may need a workspace admin to allow plugins before you can install Bluedot.
