Connect your individual Zoom account to Bluedot
If you don't have admin permissions in Zoom, you can connect your individual Zoom account to Bluedot instead of integrating Zoom for your whole team. Here's how:

Click Upload on the Library page

Select the option for Zoom.

Click Only connect for me instead of connecting as an admin.

Follow the instructions provided by Zoom.
Import your Zoom cloud recordings
Once you've connected your individual Zoom account to Bluedot, here's how to import your Zoom cloud recordings:

Click the Upload button in the Library page.

Select the option for Zoom.

Pick the cloud recordings that you want to import.
Sync your upcoming Zoom Meetings
By syncing your upcoming Zoom Meetings, they will automatically be added to your video library in Bluedot and can easily be shared with the rest of your team.
Here's how to sync an upcoming meeting:

Navigate to the Record meetings tab in the left-hand sidebar.

Turn recording on next to the meeting you want automatically uploaded to Bluedot.

Then you can customize viewer permissions for your synced meeting
Remove the Bluedot app from your Zoom account
Here’s how you can remove the Bluedot app from your Zoom account:

Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.

Click Manage > Added Apps. Or, search for the Bluedot app.

Click the Bluedot app.

Click Remove
