Setting up the integration
Navigate to Integrations.
Find Notion in the list. Make sure you're logged into Notion, then select the page you'd like to grant Bluedot access to and confirm the permissions.
That's it. From this point on, every Bluedot recording will be automatically saved to your selected Notion page once the meeting ends.
Upon clicking on the page, you will also be shown a direct Bluedot-link:
Using Notion-databases
The integration also supports Notion databases — not just standard pages.
The setup process is the same; the only difference is how the content appears: instead of being saved as subpages, meeting notes are added directly as entries within the database.
Syncing previous recordings
To add an existing recording to Notion, open the recording and click the Notion logo. This lets you sync any past meeting on demand, without needing to re-record.
Syncing the transcript
You can choose if you want your Notion-entries to include the transcript as well. Navigate to the Notion-integration, then the three dots leading to the settings, and then toggle this option:
Now you can have all your meetings saved to Notion, as well! We hope you found this easy and thank you for using Bluedot! 🔵
