Integrate Bluedot with Notion to Automatically Add Meeting Information

Updated this week

As we also use Notion here in our team, we recognised how useful it could be to have notes and recordings of your meetings automatically saved in Notion.

Here is how you do that:

  • Click on your account in the top left corner, and select Integrations:

  • Find Notion, and select the page you want to give access to. Make sure you are logged in to Notion, and to allow Bluedot access before doing so:

  • And that's it! From now on, every recording you make with Bluedot would be automatically saved to the Notion pages selected, once it's over:

Upon clicking on the page, you will also be shown a direct Bluedot-link:

Databases

We have recently updated the feature so that it is possible to integrate database-pages, as well as regular pages:

The only difference is that the meeting notes will not appear as subpages, they will be integrated within the database, as shown below:

Syncing Previous Recordings

In case there are previous recordings you also want to sync with Notion, we've got your back! Just go to the recording you would like to add to Notion and click on the Notion logo:

Now you can have all your meetings saved to Notion, as well! We hope you found this easy and thank you for using Bluedot! πŸ”΅
