Integrate Bluedot with Salesforce

In this article you will find out how to integrate Bluedot with Salesforce to automatically populate your CRM-data.

Updated yesterday

Connect Bluedot with Salesforce to automatically enrich your contacts' deal records with meeting links and AI-powered notes.

With this integration, your sales meetings are seamlessly synced to the right contacts, companies, and deals in Salesforce - keeping everything up to date and giving your team clearer insight into pipeline activity.

To connect Bluedot with Salesforce, make sure that:

  • Your Google or Outlook Calendar is connected, as well, otherwise the integration will not work:

The calendar is integrated straight from the Integrations-tab, as seen above.

  • You are using Bluedot on the Business plan:

Step 1: Go to Integrations page on Bluedot > click on Salesforce:

Step 2: Login to your Salesforce account and allow Bluedot access:

Important: the email you used to sign up for Salesforce must be the same as the one used in Bluedot.

Step 3: Go to your meeting recording.

Step 4: Press the Sync to Salesforce button.

This will take you to your Salesforce account, where Salesforce will recognize the meeting attendee as a contact, and automatically log the call.

Your Bluedot notes will be shown automatically in the Task-tab, together with the recording-link.

FAQ

Can I create a new contact if the attendee is not within my contacts in Hubspot?

Yes. You will just be asked to create a record, upon clicking on the Sync to Salesforce-button.

If I connect Salesforce, will I get only my meetings?

Please note that Salesforce can be integrated on the workspace level. Once connected, all meetings will be automatically synced with Salesforce if the meeting participants are visible.

To opt out of the integration on a user-level, click on the three dots next to the Salesforce integration, and toggle this feature:
