Bluedot has an inbuilt AI chat feature which lets you interact directly with your meeting recordings, making it easy to ask questions, clarify decisions, and retrieve key information - instantly. Instead of digging through transcripts or rewatching videos, you can simply chat with the AI to get the insights you need. It’s a faster, smarter way to stay aligned, even if you missed the meeting.
AI-chat: individual recording
To get insights about a specific recording, simply open it and look for the AI Chat tab in the top-right corner of the transcript page:
Now is the time to get creative.
As seen on the screenshot, this is a private chat, it is not shared with other users in the workspace.
AI-chat: multiple recordings
It's time to turn scattered conversations into clear, actionable insight! Instead of rewatching recordings or digging through multiple transcripts, you can instantly surface key decisions, recurring themes, follow-ups, and unresolved questions from several discussions in one place.
This makes it easier to spot patterns, track progress over time, and stay aligned with teammates or clients. Whether preparing for a follow-up call, onboarding a new colleague, or reviewing a project’s history, this feature saves time, reduces cognitive overload, and helps you move forward with confidence, using your own meeting data as a reliable, searchable knowledge base.
To analyse multiple recordings, simply find the AI-chat page from the Bluedot account menu:
Currently, the feature supports a limited number of recordings for analysis—you can upload and analyze up to 10 recordings.
You can add your meetings by clicking on the Add-recording button on the upper left corner of the screen:
Here you can sort after meetings or collections.
You can still add additional recordings, even when the chat is already taking place:
