Bluedot Mobile App

Use the Bluedot mobile app to record in-person meetings, save them to a workspace, upload recordings, and access transcripts and AI notes.

The Bluedot Mobile App is finally here, designed to help you capture more value from your in-person meetings, from sales visits and client dinners, to walking meetings, classes, and any other moments when a laptop might get in the way.

• How to get the Bluedot mobile app

  • You can download the Bluedot mobile app from either the App Store or the Google Play Store.

  • Open the app.
    ​

  • If you already have a Bluedot account, you can sign in with it. If you don't, you can sign up with your Google/Microsoft/Apple account, or create a new account:

  • When you create a new account, you will be prompted to Create a new workspace:
    ​

• How to use the Bluedot app

  • Open the app. This is where the process might be a little bit different for new and existing users:

• New users

  • When you create a new account, you will be prompted to Create a new workspace:
    ​

  • This is what your new workspace will look like:
    ​

• Existing users

  • Choose the workspace in which you would like your recording to be saved, and enter it.
    ​

• Record a meeting with the app

  • Press Start.
    ​

  • Your recording is now in progress!

✍️Please make sure you have enough storage space on your phone before you start recording.

  • While you are recording, you can either:

    • Pause the recording by clicking on the blue dot,

    • Save the recording,

    • Or discard the recording completely.
      ​

  • Once you are ready to end the recording, click Save, and your file will start uploading.
    ​

• Where to find your Bluedot recording on the mobile app

  • You can find all your meeting transcriptions and recordings by clicking on the Play icon next to the blue dot at the bottom of your phone screen:

  • Once you find your recording, you can open it and interact with it in the same way you would in the browser-based version.
    ​

  • Play the recording by clicking on the Play button.

  • Choose the template for the AI notes.

  • Go through your transcript and follow along.

  • Share the recording by clicking on the Share button at the top right corner of your screen.

  • Delete the recording by clicking on the three dots next to the Share button.
