Integrate Bluedot with Make.com

In this article you will learn how to integrate Bluedot with Make for your automated workflows.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

By connecting Bluedot with Make.com, you can transform meeting transcripts and AI summaries into automated business actions.

Each time Bluedot finishes transcribing a video or generating a summary, Make can trigger workflows that distribute notes, sync data across tools, and keep systems up to date in real time.

It only takes a couple of steps.

Step 1: Navigate to Make Integration in Bluedot:

In your Bluedot account, go to the Automation section - click on Integrations - Scroll down and select Make:

Step 2: Log Into Make

  1. If you already have a Make account, log in.

  2. If not, sign up for an account.

  3. You can also sign in using your Google account for convenience.

Step 3: Choose an app to start automating, or Create a scenario:

Step 4: Build your workflow

  1. Find Bluedot in the list of apps.

There are two available modules for your Bluedot scenarios ->

  • Watch summary created: This creates a summary of the video in your connected workspace, giving you a quick overview of its main points.

  • Watch transcript created: Triggers whenever a video in your connected workspace has been successfully transcribed.

2. Select either of the two actions and create a webhook.

3. Save and connect the target app.

3. Customize your connection with the content that is fetched from your Bluedot-recording.

4. Add multiple modules, if needed.

5. Save the scenario.

6. Select the frequency in which you want the scenario to run:

And that's it! From there you can get as creative as your workflows require, and you can check out which apps you can connect with Make here.
