Open the Bluedot widget on your Mac desktop app.

Click the ••• menu in the top-right corner, then select Settings.

In Settings, find the Notify participants toggle and turn it on.

ℹ️ When this is on, participants will be notified in chat that the meeting is being transcribed.

That's it, no further setup needed! The next time you start recording a meeting with Bluedot it will automatically post a message in the meeting chat.

If you'd like meeting participants to know they're being recorded and transcribed, Bluedot can automatically post a notice in the meeting chat.
