If you've forgotten your Bluedot password, you can reset it right from the sign-in page — no need to contact support.
Go to the Bluedot sign-in page and enter your email.
Next to the Password field, click Reset password.
On the Reset your password screen, confirm your email and click Send reset instructions.
Check your inbox for an email from Bluedot titled "Reset your password," and click Reset password inside it. The link expires in 15 minutes, so use it soon after it arrives.
Follow the link to set a new password, then sign in with it.
