You can download any recording you have access to as a file on your computer. This is useful for keeping a backup, sharing a recording outside Bluedot, or reviewing a meeting offline.
Download a recording
Open the recording you want to download.
Click the ••• button on the right side of the screen.
Select Download.
About the file format
Recordings download as .webm files. Most modern video players and browsers can play .webm files. If you need a different format, you can convert the file with a free online converter, or follow our guide on how to download a recording as an MP4 file.
Can't see the Download option?
Your workspace owner or admin may have turned off downloads for workspace members, from their workspace settings.
If Download isn't in the menu, contact your workspace admin and ask them to allow downloads.
