You can set a collection to automatically use one notes template for every new meeting, instead of leaving it up to each member's personal default.
✍️Please make sure that you have editing permissions for the collection for which you're trying to set the template.
In Collections, select the collection you want to set a default template for (e.g. Test).
Click the ••• (Settings) button next to Share.
In Settings, turn on Enforce notes template. New meetings in this collection will use the enforced template regardless of each member's personal template — existing notes won't be regenerated to match it.
Click Default notes template and choose the template you want enforced.
From now on, every new meeting created in this collection will automatically use that template.
