Collections are a way in which you can organise your meetings by folders.
Creating a collection
To create a collection, just click on the + sign next to the Collections feature in your workspace:
Here you can name your collection, and set up different access-levels for the members of your team:
At the bottom of the Collections-window, there is the possibility to do the same for the whole workspace.
In case you disable access for the whole workspace, the collection will appear as private and be visible only for you:
Access levels can later be changed in the settings:
Adding recordings to collections
There are a couple of ways in which you can add your recordings to collections.
1) Once the meeting is recorded, you can move it to a particular collection, by clicking on the Move-icon:
From there you can select a desired collection:
2) You can drag and drop all the videos in your workspace to a collection of your choice:

3) You can click on the three dots next to each recording:
4) You can have your meetings automatically assigned to particular collections, and for that you can turn to this guide.
5) You can simply drag and drop your recordings:
Collections and Slack
Bluedot can automatically send notifications to desired Slack channels when a recording is added to a particular collection:
This is explained in a separate guide.
Sub-collections
Sub-collections are folders within collections and can be helpful if you have a large amount of recordings within each collection. As for access, keep in mind that the sub-collection inherit permissions and access levels from the top collection, as for now, there is not a possibility to grant different access levels.
To create a sub-collection, just click on the + sign next to your desired collection:

A collection with sub-collections will appear with a little clickable arrow on the right:
Search through your collections
You can look for specific words and phrases from your collections, by using the search-feature:
How to delete a collection
Clicking on the three dots indicating the settings within each collection gives you the option to delete it.
Deleting a collection permanently deletes all recordings, so be careful when you are performing this action.
