Is it possible for all members' videos to be saved in the same collection?
Yes. Create a public collection where all members have editing rights, then have each member set it as their default collection in their personal settings.
Someone shared their collection with me, and I don't see it in My Collections.
To see a shared collection in your sidebar, both you and the person who shared it need to be members of the same workspace.
Can I have a different default notes template for each collection?
Not at the moment, but the feature is coming out soon.
Can I move all my recordings from private to public at once?
Not all at once, but you can drag and drop them into the new collection, which is quicker than moving them one at a time.
What happens to the recordings when I delete a collection?
Deleting a collection deletes every recording inside it too, so double-check before you confirm.

How can another person review all my recordings?
Put all your recordings into one collection, then share that collection with them. They'll be able to see everything inside it.
