Is it possible for all members' videos to be saved in the same collection?
If you want all of your workspace members' videos to be saved in the same collection, you need to make a public collection where all members would have editing rights, and have all workspace members define it as default collection in their personal settings.
Someone shared their collection with me, and I don't see it in My collections.
For you to be bale to see the collection in the left side-bar, both you and the person who shared it have to be workspace members.
Can I have different default notes templates for each collection?
Not at the moment, but we plan on adding this option soon.
Can I move all mu recordings from private to shared at once?
You cannot do that at once, but you can move recordings from a public to a private collection by dragging and dropping, which would make the process faster.
What happens to the recordings when I delete a collection?
The recordings get deleted, as well, so please double-check before you delete it.
Can I restore a collection?
It is currently not possible to restore an already deleted collection.
How can another person review all my recordings?
If you make put all recordings within one collection and share them with the user, they will be able to see all your recordings.
