This issue occurs only on Windows devices that are not plugged into a charger. It is caused by the incompatibility of one of the battery drivers (Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery) with the TabCapture Chrome API, which is used to record your meeting.
β
Methods to resolve this issue:
Plug in your laptop to the charger during your next recording.
This issue only occurs when the laptop is not connected to a charger. If you want to record without the charger being plugged in, consider the second option.
βDisable the battery driver on your laptop.
To do this, open the Start menu, go to Device Manager, then click on Batteries and select Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery. Finally, go to the Driver tab and disable the device.
The drawback of this method is that this driver manages the battery status. Disabling it will result in an incorrect battery status display.
